Statoil høyeste budgiver i Mexicogulfen

Statoil var høyeste budgiver på 21 lisenser i forbindelse med lisensrunden for de sentrale områdene i den amerikanske delen av Mexicogulfen.
Det opplyses i en melding fra Statoil onsdag kveld.
Statoil har satset på å få lisenser i og omkring områder hvor selskapet allerede har letemuligheter og prospekter som er lovende.
Lisensrunde 213 er en del av det nåværende programmet til Mineral Management Service (MMS) i New Orleans. I alt 67 selskaper deltok i lisensrunden.
