Bayerngas kjøper felt
Bayerngas Norge kjøper to gassfelt i Nordsjøen.

Bayerngas Norge har inngått en avtale om å kjøpe 25 prosent av gassfeltet Clipper South og 12,5 prosent av Cygnus-prosjektet. Begge feltene ligger sør i Nordsjøen på britisk side.
Det opplyses i en melding tirsdag.
Feltene vil ifølge meldingen tilføre Bayerngas Norge 0,5 milliarder kubikkmeter gass per år når de er i full produksjon.
Selger av Clipper South-andelen er Fairfield Energy som etter salget vil ha 25 prosent. Operatør er RWE Dea som har 50 prosent.
Selger av de 12,5 prosentene i Cygnus-prosjektet er Endeavour Energy. Operatør er GDF Suez (38,75 prosent) mens Venture North Sea har 48,75 prosent.
