Noreco har inngått en avtale med E.ON Ruhrgas Norge om å overta 20 prosent eierandel i lisensen PL434 i Norskehavet gjennom en bæreavtale for borekostnader.
Det opplyses i en melding onsdag.
E.ON vil beholde en eierandel på ti prosent. Lisensen inneholder prospektet "Ronaldo" med planlagt borestart i januar 2011.
