Songa hentet 110 millioner dollar

Riggselskapet Songa Offshore klarte å hente inn 110 millioner dollar, rundt 630 millioner kroner, i en rettet emisjon torsdag ettermiddag.

Selskapet melder fredag å ha plassert 35.200.000 aksjer til kurs 18,00 kroner, noe som gir et bruttoproveny på 110 millioner dollar, ifølge en melding.

Aksjen endte på 18,00 kroner torsdag. Selskapet meldte i går ettermiddag at de ville hente inn 110 millioner dollar i emisjonen, hvor selskapets største eiere og flere primærinnsidere hadde tegnet seg.

Provenyet fra emisjonene vil delvis bli benyttet til finansiering av vedlikehold og oppgraderinger av de tre riggene som i dag er på kontrakt med Statoil i Norge, styrke selskapets balanse og til generelle selskapsformål.

Tilretteleggere var Arctic Securities, Nordea Markets, Pareto Securities og SEB Enskilda.
