Interoil Exploration & Production ASA : Notification of proxies

In connection with today's extraordinary shareholders meeting in Interoil Exploration and Production ASA ("Company") Riccardo Reggio and Per Lønn have received proxies to vote on behalf of shares that trigger a notification requirement in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 4-3.

Riccardo Reggio, on 26 February 2013, received a proxy from Rakila Properties Ltd to represent 11 007 816 shares, representing a total of 26% of the outstanding shares in the Company. The proxy is only valid in today's shareholder meeting.

Per Lønn, on 3 March 2013, received a proxy, only valid in today's shareholder meeting, from:

  1. Bradley Louis Radoff to represent 1 941 460 shares, representing a total of 4 % of the outstanding shares in the Company.

     
  2. Radoff Family Foundation to represent 100 000 shares, representing a total of 0,2% of the outstanding shares in the Company.

     
  3. Perry Radoff to represent 484 901 shares, representing a total of 1% of the outstanding shares in the Company.

Per Lønn also represents Vestra Hamnen Fondkommission, which owns a total of 3 000 000 shares, representing a total of 6,3% of the outstanding shares in the Company. In total Per Lønn therefore represents 11,5% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
