Bred nedgang på Wall Street – oljegigant falt etter oppkjøpsmelding

Nøkkelindeksene snudde trill rundt etter nok en toppnotering tirsdag. Conoco Phillips falt markant etter å ha kunngjort oppkjøpet av Marathon Oil.
